Today, the Kostanay Regional Museum of Local Lore hosted a round table "B. Mailinnin adebi shygarmashylygy men tagdyr zholy", dedicated to the 130th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding writer, playwright, journalist, public figure Beyimbet Mailin. During the round table, they discussed the life and social activities of the owner of the multifaceted talent B. Mailin, his creative path, journalistic work, and the Kazakh intelligentsia subjected to political repression. Honorary worker of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Pialash Suinkina, journalist Orazaly Zhaksanov, teacher of Kostanay Regional University named after A. Baitursynov Serikzhan Ismailov, academic secretary N. Otasheva and teacher of gymnasium No. 7 named after Beimbet Mailin of the Department of Education of the city of Rudny Saltanat Murzagalieva, students of the national lyceum QAZBILIM made presentations. Employees of the city library named after Ostrovsky organized a book exhibition dedicated to the life and work of B. Mailin. At the end of the event, the participants were presented with letters of thanks.
