On November 19, 2024, a meeting “The Child and His Rights” was held at the Kostanay Regional Museum of History and Local Lore with the participation of a representative of a law enforcement agency, dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the Convention on the Rights of the Child and the 30th anniversary of its ratification by the Republic of Kazakhstan. Guest of the event, senior teacher of the department of general legal disciplines of the Kostanay Academy named after Shirakbek Kabylbayev of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Alpeisov Bolat Bakpektuly gave extensive information about children's rights to students of the secondary school named after Abay. Children shared their opinions about the law, asked questions that interested them and received answers to them.
